Current regulations
Currently our law concerning the employment of foreigners in Poland divides foreigners into citizens of the European Union and citizens of other countries (outside of EU), imposing different means of treatment for each of these groups in respect to their provision of work.
Citizens of EU and non-EU
According to the law in force, citizens from the EU countries do not require any permits to work in Poland. Non-EU citizens must obtain the work permit. Although some changes to the regulations have been implemented in order to simplify the procedure, finally it hasn’t made the process simpler.
