Who we are
Our firm was founded in 2008 by Monika — a former manager at one of the so-called ‘‘Big Four’’ companies.
Her goal was to create an organization that provides clients with comprehensive, specialized, and tailored tax advisory services.

Monika Mirtchanov — Founder and licensed tax advisor with over 30 years of experience. Member of the Polish Chamber of Tax Advisors.

Our mission is to provide security in complex tax, social security, and immigration matters.
We operate based on ethics, technical expertise, and professionalism. We work in partnership—assessing each situation, streamlining processes, and developing solutions tailored to the organization’s needs.
We deliver end-to-end Global Mobility support across tax, social security, residence and work permits, shadow payroll, annual tax filings, and settling-in services. Our objective is to reduce HR workload and mitigate risks, enabling the organization to focus on business priorities.
