New law on foreigners in Poland- Update

According to the announcement from the Minister of Family, Labor, and Social Policy dated May 28th, 2025, employers will be required to submit copies of contracts with foreign nationals starting from:

🔹 July 1st, 2025 – to the starost (concerning declarations on entrusting work to a foreigner and seasonal permits),

🔹 August 1st, 2025 – to the voivode (concerning all work permits), via new online components of the information technology system.

📌 The new regulations are based on the Act of March 20th, 2025, which outlines the conditions for assigning work to foreigners.
