Beat the deadline: Praca.gov.pl opens for foreign contract upload

➡️ Starting July 1, 2025, employers are required to submit a copy of the employment contract for foreign workers to the immigration office. This applies to both employment based on a declaration of entrusting work to a foreigner and those requiring a work permit.

➡️ According to an announcement by the Minister of Family, Labor, and Social Policy on May 28, 2025, the deadlines for implementing the technical solutions needed to submit these contracts are as follows:
– July 1, 2025, for declarations of entrusting work to a foreigner and seasonal work permits.
– August 1, 2025, for other work permits.

➡️ Despite these deadlines (!), on July 1, 2025, the praca.gov.pl system activated the option for submitting copies of contracts for both declarations of employment and seasonal work permits, as well as for work permits.

➡️ Therefore, the obligation to submit these contracts is in effect!
